We ship to all destinations in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, and all around the world. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or other UPS delays.
UPS GROUND
Orders are shipped via standard ground and generally arrive in 3 - 7 business days.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (MST) will go out with the next days shipping.
UPS 2nd DAY AIR
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (MST) will go out with the next days shipping.
Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.
WEEKENDS
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays unless the customer specifies a "Weekend Delivery" which costs an extra $10.00 per package.

ALASKA & HAWAII
For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii please add $9.95 to the standard shipping charge.
MILITARY ADDRESSES
Packages sent to APO and FPO addresses can not be shipped via UPS.
We must send them using the U.S. Postal Service.

If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a full refund providing the toy has not been played with and is in its original box. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. Your item(s) must be returned within 15 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items must be in their new, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
