Ground Delivery arrives in 4-10 business days. Orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, and GU are shipped priority mail and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We ship clothing only outside of the continental US. We are unable to ship furniture, bedding and other large items outside of the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico - We ship via Priority Mail to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping to Canada - Please add $20.00 to regular ground rates. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee delivery time frames to Canada.
International Shipping:
We ship to most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders must be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file with the credit card company - we can not ship to an alternative address that is not on file with the credit card company. With the first order, a faxed copy of your credit card with your signature authorizing the purchase may be required. This is done for your security to verify that you are the cardholder and will only be required with your first order. Repeat customers will not be required to submit the information again.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are shipped via DHL. Shipment of international orders may take up to 2-3 business days after the order is placed to ship. The average delivery time is 1-4 weeks, but we are unable to guarantee delivery times. A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.

Important Information for Canadian & International Customers
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
FURNITURE DELIVERY
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
If you are receiving a large item delivered by freight or trucking company, the furniture carrier will call you to set up a delivery time(usually a 4 hour window.) Standard Delivery includes delivery inside the main threshold of your home. It is imperative that you are present to inspect the furniture in the presence of the driver and note any damages on the delivery ticket.
For an addtional fee, Premier Delivery is offered on many of our items and includes placement in the room of your choice and unpacking and removing the packing materials.
FREIGHT COLLECT:
If an item is shipped freight collect this means that you pay the shipper for the actual shipping charges when they deliver the merchandise. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery time (usually a 4 hour window.) We can give you an estimate of delivery costs before you order.
RETURN POLICY
Purchases or gifts may be returned within 10 days of the day you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges.) Please Contact Us for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise – this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused at the warehouse.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 10 DAYS! Please do not return items to us later than 10 days after you have received them. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of One of a Kind Kid and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.
EXCEPTIONS:
PERSONALIZED items are NOT returnable.
SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned for store credit only.
HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE is final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvets and holiday dresses.
CHRISTENING, SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES, BOYS SUITS, ETON SUITS: All in stock special occasion dresses, christening wear, boys suits and etons suits including all velvet, silk and linen dresses will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to size exchanges. For custom ordered or special order items, please refer to custom orders for more information.

We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with free gift will have the value of the gift deducted from your purchase credit.
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we received your return.
Refused Shipments will be charged charged a 25% restocking fee.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We highly recommend insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed
