possible price. Big Fitness ships via UPS/FedEx and
Common Carrier curbside delivery.
All items in our
online store include shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, unless
otherwise noted. Address must be accessible to semi-trailer truck for
non-UPS size shipments.
Additional
shipping
charges will apply to residents outside the
48
contiguous states and other countries.

expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air), please
call to place your order.
We no longer ship using the US Post Office. This includes APO / FPO orders (military addresses).
About
Common Carrier Delivery:
If your order includes
items that are
to be shipped via common carrier, the delivery company will contact you
to set up a delivery date. Residential customers must be home
to sign for truck shipments. If you
are unable to be home the day of delivery, then pick-up at the
carrier's local terminal may be necessary. Appointment deliveries or
time window deliveries may not be available.
Common Carrier
trucks stop at
the curb. You must unload the equipment from the truck and move into
your home or business. Big Fitness will not
accept returns or cancellations due to delays in delivery by common
carrier delivery companies. Although we use the largest and most
well-known carriers, we are not responsible for delays in transit,
freight company employee conduct, missed delivery appointments or
damages to the customer's premises. Cancellations
after shipment are not accepted.
Please be sure to note any damage
or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment.
Title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted for
transportation by the carrier. When you sign for a shipment, you are
indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in
good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy
and have the driver initial it. For items shipped already assembled,
open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do not
discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition.
Please contact us immediately if the item is an assembled piece or if
the damage involves a part that can't be replaced.
For
large pieces, we recommend purchasing lift gate service. This will send
a truck with a hydraulic lift gate that will lower your shipment from
the truck bed to the curb. Please call for more information and pricing.
31 Day
Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return most new items sold by
BigFitness.com within 31 days of delivery for a refund less a 15% restocking fee to cover
original shipping costs. See Items
that are Not Returnable below.
Your return
will be rejected if sent
without an Return Merchandise Authorization number.
To obtain an RMA number, please complete our online
RMA Form. Customer
service will contact you via email within 2 business days with your
return information.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Please use a
carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of
delivery or
request a UPS Electronic
Return Label
from us (see below).
Big Fitness reserves the right to inspect all returned
products and may
reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or incomplete. If
shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Defective
or Damaged Items
If
you receive a defective or damaged item, please fill out ouronline
RMA Form within 48 hours of receipt of
goods. At our discretion, we will either (a) provide free return
shipping for the defective or damaged item and ship a replacement item or (b) ship replacement parts
necessary to restore the item to its advertised condition. If you
do not agree with our decision or would like a refund, you may return
your item under the
terms of our 31 Day Satisfaction
Guarantee (above).

Items that are Not
Returnable
BigFitness.com does not accept
returns of the following items:
- Gloves, belts, dumbbells and plates
- Any DVD, VHS tape, or software that has been opened (taken
out of
its plastic wrap)
- Any book that has obvious signs of use
- Used commercial products
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Special order or custom items
- Gift certificates
- Products purchased more than 31 days ago
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds will be issued for any item that is not in its original
condition, is damaged,
or is
missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Up to 50% of the
item's
price may be subtracted from your refund amount.
UPS Electronic Return Labels
If your order was shipped by UPS,
USPS, or FedEx, you may request a UPS Electronic Return label. You will
receive an email from UPS containing the instructions you need to
obtain and print your
label. Affix it to your repackaged item and take it to a UPS
Store location or hand it to any UPS driver.
Return mailing labels are valid only for returns shipped
within the U.S.
Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment.
Please do
not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same
order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund.
Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
Unless customer
service has authorized return shipment at our expense, the cost of
return shipment will be deducted from your refund. The
amount
deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that
item. This includes items shipped under our Shipping Included
promotion.
