Our hours of operations are from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 P.M. EST on Friday will be processed starting next Monday.
We provide a free UPS ground shipping for Continental US (excl. AK,HI) if your purchase order exceeds $250 value.
Also we do not charge state sales tax (excluding NJ).

All products and subsequent accessories available at 800-espresso.com are new and factory sealed units. Upon receiving the order, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully for damaged or missing items. Refunds and exchanges will be provided for nonperishable items that are returned to us within 7 business days after you have received the order.
We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (20% off the purchase price).
